« Service » refers to all private chauffeur, transfer, day trip, multi-day tour, and hourly hire services provided by Official Vario travel
« Client » refers to the individual or organisation that makes a booking through our website, email, WhatsApp, or telephone.
« Driver » refers to the professional chauffeur assigned to your journey by Vario travel or an approved supplier partner.
« Vehicle » refers to the private car, minivan, SUV, or minibus assigned to your booking.
These terms apply to all services booked through vario-travel.com or via our direct communication channels. By completing a booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
Vario Travel provides premium private car and driver services throughout Morocco. All bookings include: a professional, licensed driver; a modern, air-conditioned vehicle; fuel for the entire journey; highway tolls and parking fees; and driver expenses (meals and accommodation on multi-day tours).
This is a private transportation service. Your driver is a professional driver , not a licensed tour guide. For guided experiences at historical sites, medinas, or cultural landmarks, we recommend hiring a local guide separately.
Vehicle assignments are based on availability and may differ from the exact model shown on the website, but will always match the selected category (sedan, minivan, SUV, or minibus) with equivalent or superior specifications.
All prices displayed on our website are per vehicle (not per person) and are quoted in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD). Prices include fuel, tolls, parking, and driver expenses.
A processing fee and applicable VAT are added at checkout and clearly displayed before you confirm your booking. The total price shown at checkout is the final amount — there are no hidden charges.
Payment is due upon confirmation of your booking. We accept payment via bank transfer, cash on arrival, or through a secure payment link sent to your email. For multi-day tours, a deposit may be required at the time of booking with the balance due on the first day of service.
Prices are subject to change without notice for new bookings. Confirmed bookings are honoured at the original quoted price.
Free cancellation: You may cancel any booking free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled departure time.
Late cancellation (24-48 hours before departure): A cancellation fee of 50% of the total booking value applies.
Last-minute cancellation (less than 24 hours before departure) or no-show: The full booking amount is non-refundable.
Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to contact@vario-travel.com or through your customer account on our website.
Refunds for eligible cancellations are processed within 7-14 business days to the original payment method.
If Vario Travel cancels a booking due to operational reasons, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.
Changes to your booking (date, time, destination, vehicle upgrade) are subject to availability and must be requested at least 24 hours before departure.
Date changes within the same month are accommodated free of charge, subject to availability.
Vehicle upgrades are available at the price difference between your original and requested vehicle.
Route or destination changes after the journey has commenced may incur additional charges based on the revised distance and duration.
Vario travel shall not be held liable for delays, cancellations, or failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, severe weather conditions, road closures, government restrictions, civil unrest, strikes, epidemics or pandemics, and acts of terrorism.
In the event of force majeure, we will make every reasonable effort to provide alternative arrangements or reschedule your service. If the service cannot be provided, a full refund will be issued.
Force majeure does not include foreseeable traffic delays, which are accounted for in our journey planning.
Vario Travel maintains comprehensive passenger liability insurance for all vehicles in our fleet and those of our approved supplier partners. All drivers are professionally licensed and carry valid insurance.
Our liability is limited to the value of the booked service. We are not liable for: personal belongings left in the vehicle (though we will make reasonable efforts to recover them), delays caused by traffic, road conditions, or border crossings, indirect or consequential losses, or third-party services (hotels, restaurants, guides) recommended but not provided by Vario Travel .
Clients are responsible for ensuring they hold valid travel insurance covering medical expenses, trip interruption, and personal belongings for the duration of their journey in Morocco.
Clients must provide accurate booking information including correct pickup addresses, flight numbers (for airport transfers), and contact details.
Clients must be ready at the agreed pickup location at the scheduled time. A courtesy waiting period of 15 minutes is provided for standard pickups and 60 minutes for airport arrivals (from flight landing time).
Smoking, consumption of alcohol, and consumption of food in the vehicle are not permitted. Clients are responsible for any damage to the vehicle interior caused by their party.
Clients must comply with Moroccan law at all times during the journey. The driver reserves the right to refuse or terminate service if client behaviour endangers safety.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco.
Any dispute arising from these terms or from the provision of our services shall first be addressed through direct negotiation between the parties.
If a resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Marrakech, Morocco.
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable Moroccan or international consumer protection law.
Vario Travel reserves the right to update these terms at any time. The most current version will always be available on our website.
Material changes will be communicated to clients with active bookings via email.
Continued use of our services after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
